Clearly the first objective achieved is functional, ensuring products are suitably protected from contamination and meet shelf-life requirements. Conventional blister packs are created by thermo-forming a web of plastic film, normally PVC, into pockets. These are filled with the pharmaceutical product e.g. tablet or capsules and then sealed using heat and pressure.The product is removed from the pack by then consumer pressing it through from the pocket side through the foil.

 

1)20mic, 25mic and 30mic alu foil with one side Heat Seal Lacquered against PVC and the other side primered for printing or print according to clients’ design and artwork.

2)Packaging materials are supplied in reels - dimensions depend upon the packaging machine being used.

3)Blister packs allow for the hygienic packaging of solid dose presentations such as tablets, pills, capsules and also medical devices.

4) Produced in Clean room Under GMP Standard
